1. Reseller Responsibilities
As an IPTV Reseller, you are authorized to sell our IPTV services to your customers under the terms set forth by us. You are responsible for managing your customers’ subscriptions, providing customer support, and ensuring that they comply with our usage policies. Resellers must not share accounts or violate any intellectual property rights. Any fraudulent activity, illegal content, or misuse of the service may lead to account suspension or termination.
2. Reseller Pricing & Commission
Resellers are granted access to discounted prices and commissions based on the reseller plan they choose. The reseller has the flexibility to set the retail prices for their customers but must adhere to minimum pricing guidelines that we establish to maintain fairness in the market. Any deviation from the prescribed pricing will result in immediate action.
3. Subscription Management
As a reseller, you have access to a reseller panel where you can manage your customers’ subscriptions. This includes tasks such as activating and deactivating subscriptions, renewing them, and updating the status. It is your responsibility to ensure that subscriptions are renewed on time and that your customers do not face interruptions in service.
4. Prohibited Actions
Sharing Subscriptions: Subscriptions are provided for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed in any unauthorized way.
Illegal Use: The service must not be used for illegal activities or by unauthorized users. Resellers should ensure that customers are not engaging in unlawful streaming.
Violation of Terms: Any reseller found violating the terms, such as selling accounts without proper authorization, or offering services outside of the legal framework, will have their account suspended, and all their services will be terminated.
5. Support & Communication
As a reseller, you are responsible for providing basic technical support to your customers. If any issue arises that you cannot resolve, you are expected to escalate it to our support team. For reseller-specific queries or technical problems, resellers can contact us directly through WhatsApp or email. Please ensure that communication is done using the email and contact details registered with us.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
4KReseller reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller accounts if these terms are violated. If a reseller is found to be engaging in illegal activities or violating our policies, their account will be immediately disabled, and any pending commissions will be forfeited. Resellers should ensure they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Subscription Service Availability
Our IPTV service is subject to availability based on the subscription plan. We update our service regularly, adding new channels and content. However, we do not guarantee the availability of specific channels, movies, or programs at all times. In case of service interruption, resellers and end-users will be notified, and efforts will be made to restore service as soon as possible.
